YOU MUST KNOW YOUR "MARK OR MK MODEL" BEFORE ORDERING
 
The first generation of CF-31 was the MK1 or Mark1, next was the MK2 and so on... The difference is in the internal hardware (CF-31 models look almost identical). This is important because of the hardware changes each MK model requires different drivers to work properly. The wrong MK disc will not work.
 
To find out your Toughbook CF-31 MK FULL model you can look at the bottom label or in your BIOS. The first character that follows CF-31 determines your MK model. For example: if you look at the chart below the CF-31 SX-001M is a Mark 3 / MK3. The first letter after CF-31 is "S". If you are not sure please contact us and we will gladly assist to make sure you are ordering the right hard drive / recovery.
