YOU MUST KNOW YOUR "MARK OR MK MODEL" BEFORE ORDERING
 
The first generation of CF-19 is considered the MK1 or Mark 1, next was the MK2 and so on... The difference is in the internal hardware (CF-19 models look almost identical) gets better which each newer generation. This is important because of the hardware changes, each MK model requires different drivers to work properly. 
 
To find out your Toughbook CF-19 MK Mark FULL model, you can look at the label on the bottom of your CF-19 or in thie BIOS: Hit [F2] on initial boot to see it. The first character that follows CF-19_ determines your MK model.  It will look like this CF-191HYAX1M. The 1st digit after CF-19_ determines your MK / MARK version. In this case CF-191 is an MK6 model
 
Below is Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 chart matrix for each generation. The older CF-19 models will not support windows 10 and 11 because they do not have the minimum hardware required. To run Windows 10 / 11 on the CF-19 you will need at least the Mark 6 MK6 model.
