Only MK4 or MK5 models will upgrade or use Windows 11 for the Toughbook CF-31. The MK1, MK2 and MK3 Toughbooks will only support up to Windows 10.
The Black Cobra Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 MK4 is equipped with third generation Core i5-3340M 2.7Ghz, that is 35W CPU, high performance, 1x USB 3.0 and 3x USB 2.0 standard ports. Video controller - Intel® HD Graphics 4000
The Black Cobra Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 MK5 has fifth generation Core i5-5300U 2.3Ghz, 15W CPU which gives more performance compared to the MK4 and generates less heat and uses less power from the battery, same USB port configuration as the MK4 with better Video controller - Intel® HD Graphics 5500
